This past week I have been waking up in pain. It's like my meds just can't keep the pain down enough. I have tried all kinds of things to distract myself but somehow it just doesn't seem to help.

Ugh, I hate that! I spent many sleepless nighs in such pain. I hope you sleep better soon!

I am sure lack of sleep just makes things worse. Maybe the pain has not got worse as such but I don't manage it as well because I am so tired.

Sorry to hear about your pain keeping you awake. I was suffering from the same thing, mostly my hips were aching all night.

Didn't matter which way I laid I could not get comfortable.

I really noticed it when I didnt see my chirpractor regularly,

My dh heard about a natural supplement and picked some up for me, it has helped me a lot. I noticed pretty quick that I didnt have so much pain at night in my hips. Then I forgot a couple of days to take it and the pain came back, thats how I knew they were really working.

It's called Joint Formula 14....SierraSil.(It is a naturally occuring mineral complex)

It's bad enough when it makes your waking hours bad, but when it keeps you awake, ugh.

I know I sure wish someone would come up with something.
