I'm sorry you are under so much stress right now. It sounds like you've made some positive changes in your life and he isn't on board. I give you a ton of credit for making changes and knowing that what he is doing isn't what you want is huge.

No one can tell you if you should leave him or stay, but I think it is pretty clear that you aren't happy with how things are going now. Are the two of you living together alone? Is there any way you can move away from him? Take a break until he can get his life straightened out? Before long you'll have baby to think about too and his coming/going at odd hours will disrupt more than just you.
