Ive read a few of the previous posts on this and know no one can decide for you but wanted to get anyone's thoughts or experiences that used the program or opted not to. One thing my clinic offers is the attain multicycle or refund program without the monitoring included. I kind of like this option because you are still getting the discount for the ivf but then pay for monitoring separate so if you didn't need the 2nd or 3rd fresh cycle you wouldn't be paying for the monitoring. I think the diff is $10,000 between the monitoring refund program and the non monitored refund program.
At that nauseating point of getting the financial stuff pinned down.
Thanks,
Andi

I would just say to find out how much the monitoring is going to cost if you don't include it as part of the package. My RE was over 3 hours away, so I did my monitoring locally for one cycle, but the bloodwork was around $300-400 per visit and the ultrasound was $200. So I was paying at least $500 per visit (which really stunk because if my insurance covered it, I would have only paid $50). The last cycle I did, it was cheaper to drive the 3+ hours (one way) every day and do my monitoring at the RE's office because it was only $1200 for all of it.
So, if the monitoring is going to be reasonable, then the package without monitoring might be a good option.
Thanks for the replay!
I need to email the financial counselor at my clinic tomorrow.
