Too Much Sitting Can Kill You, Study Suggests

How much do you sit each day? How often do you get up and move?
According to recent Health Day News:
" For better health, try standing up more, a new study suggests. Those who spend 11 or more hours a day sitting are 40 percent more likely to die over the next three years regardless of how physically active they are otherwise, researchers say." READ MORE
OMG! THree years? That's all the time I have left?
Seriously, I know that I need to get up and move around but sometimes, I get so involved in what I'm doing that I forget... That's why I put my ironing board so far from my sewing machine, etc. It's a way to force myself...
Now if I could just come up with a way to force myself when I'm sitting here at this laptop --- OTHER than having to get up to see that it's only another "unknown" caller on the telephone!
