Hi and Welcome. You certainly have a lot on your plate right now and I'm glad to hear you are already getting professional help. I'm sure your doctors have advised you to call 911 if things get any worse as far as you are feeling, but I do want to urge you to take that action if necessary.
Do your parents have a pastor or close friends that you can share the situation with? Caregiving is very difficult and perhaps they need more help than anyone thought caring for your aunt. Have you consulted Hospice to see if they can step in and help? They have many services to offer and they may be able to help your mother take care of her sister.
