Week 1 Welcome to Spring Challenge
Monday April 2 to Sunday April 8

Exercise Goal:

This week we're aiming for 105 minutes of exercise, which is 15 minutes every day


Water Goal:

This week we're aiming for 300 oz, which is around 42 ounces per day, the equivalent to 5 glasses of water, or 2 bottles of water per day.
