I am trying really hard not to get depressed which is something I have struggled with in the past. I had to cancel my plans this weekend because I have had such a bad flare up since Friday. All of my joints hurt, I bought new vitamins and even though I feel like I have more energy, my finger and toes, my hips lower back and shoulder blades... everything just hurts. I am tossing and turning at night waking up approximately every 45 minutes. I am trying to keep up beat but I am tried of feeling so bad, I know some days will be better than others but I am taking my meds and vitamins and doing yoga and everything I am suppose to do, and just want to feel better. Dos anybody have any suggestions for me to fight depression or sleeping techniques or do I just have to wait it out and hope my flare up clears up soon?
