I am setting myself a 12 week challenge , eating clean ,really challenging myself in workouts and while working out not complaining and getting on with it.

B - coffee - , couple cashews
Exercise - bootcamp
S- more cashews ( at park after work out )
L- - scrambled egg/ egg white on rice cake
S pear and protein shake
D stirfry veggies with pine nuts and soba noodles

B - banana , coffee with skim
S - skinny latte, 1/4 protein bar
L - high fibre pita with chicken , sundries tomatoes, olives, Danish feta and baby spinach
S-
D roast lamb with rosemary and garlic , roast pumpkin , roast carrots, roasted onions , brocolli and gravy
S milo ( 2 tsp with skim milk and hot water ) - not legal

Exercise : yesterday I doubled up at the gym with spin in am and bootcamp in pm so when I did a circuit class today my muscle just didn't want to play and hurt like crazy 15 minutes in , but I pushed myself and through the class so yey me !
