How was the weekend? Ready to get started on our challenge today? Get those butts moving and get started on those minutes of exercise! :-)

And have you picked your goal for this week? I know mine is going to be to keep to my clean eating Sunday to Thursday - so far so good!

How was the weekend? How does your week ahead look? Are you joing in on the challenge?

Had a nice weekend. Tried to take it easy on Saturday, because we had a short-notice board meeting yesterday morning for our firm.

The downside was that "that time of the month" started for me yesterday, so I felt really crummy, and felt like a whale. A belt that fit me near perfectly a week or two ago now could barely buckle up (had to actually loosen it to the last notch during the meeting, and the fact that my stomach was protruding out wasn't that great) Felt really miserable all day yesterday, had a horrible night's sleep last night, and I'm just trying to take it easy today. Wore a comfy skirt, so no discomfort today (although I still feel watery and fat). Working for most of the week, then we have Good Friday and Easter weekend off. Heading to my folks place further south for Easter dinner. Hopefully my diet doesn't take a shot from that.

My goal is to continue eating healthy, and hopefully "Mother Nature" takes a hike by the end of the week. :smileyhappy:

Glad you took it easy on Saturday! I'm coming up to TOM myself, and am feeling your pain. I always find tea and heating pad on my stomach eases the discomfort a bit.

Sounds like a nice Easter weekend! Enjoy!

Yeah, I was just gonna say that, the heating pad works wonders. I have one in my office for emergencies just like this. Like yesterday, I just unbuttoned and unzipped my pants, and put the heating pad underneath my untucked shirt. Eased the discomfort a lot. Putting up my feet on my desk helped a ton, too, with the fluid retention.

The movers came Fri morning at 7:30am and it took the 8 1/2 hours! Saturday we spent cleaning our old place and Sunday was spent unpacking at the new place. I'm ready to start the challenge TOMORROW (lol). I'm still looking for my workout clothes and P90X stuff etc. My eating sucked over the weekend and today - I have GOT to get to the grocery store. I'm VERY excited there's a Natural Food Grocey Store by my new house so I'm going to check it out and see what the prices are like. Jamie is so NOT excited about the natural foods place lol

Vanessa what an exhausting weekend! I know I hit the natural food store for my vacation food this week - and there are some interesting items you just don't find at other stores!

And have you picked your goal for this week?

I know mine is going to be to keep to my clean eating Sunday to Thursday - okay so little slip up with a piece of fudge today but other than that - no sweets, no sugar!

How was the weekend?

Weekend I drove out to the mountains - lots of rain on the way out, but loads of snow out here!

How does your week ahead look?

Blissful! I'm on vacation and loving it! I found a gym 30 minutes away that has week passes, and the x-country ski trails have lots of snow! I'm planning on getting as much exercise as I can in!

Are you joing in on the challenge?

Yup! I better to get to work on those burpees though!
