No real news here - work's busy, eating's good, workouts are good, life's good, scale won't move...
Breakfast: 1/2 cup of oatmeal (cooked in skim milk) w/ almond extract, blackberries, and 1 (measured) tablespoon of sliced almonds (for protein); glass of skim milk
Cup of decaf w/ FF HH and S&L
Snack: Didn't get a chance to have anything
Lunch: 7-cup salad w/ red cabbage, carrots, cukes, radishes, peppers, green onions, deli turkey and 1.5 T legal 1000 island; an orange
Snack: Maybe the yogurt and/or the strawberries I didn't get to this morning?
Thanks, Joy! LOL - I know, right? They were delicious, though - and even easier than the SB mini-quiches, in that you don't have to babysit the oven. I think I'll be switching up the recipe (for variations), and making the slow cooker egg dish once a week, then cutting into slices to have throughout the week for breakfast!
