Levemir approved for pregnancy use

One of the questions we get around here once in a while is the use of insulin in pregnancy. Levemir has just been appoved for pregnancy use. The notices that I have received say that it was compaired to another insulin but don't say what that insulin was. But for any pregnant women out there who are on insulin this should certainly make them feel safer.
