Anyone want to join the Beach Body Challenge with me? We could sort of have a mini-challenge on here. Keep it within our own little family as well. :)

Hey, I just signed up. I'm in a hard core muscle building program now, and may be I'll not be able to follow this plan to the T. But you know what? I can't but sign because Bob Harper is the coach ! He's my "Hero" !
