"Open Marriage" vs. "Swingers" is there a difference?

I have heard both terms but wonder is there a difference between having an open marriage and being swingers and if so, what is the difference?

I think technically, swingers swap partners in each others' presence as with another couple. In an open marriage, each partner can do as they wish on their own?
