I've been contemplating coming back to "the beach" for a little while now. Its been 5 years since i've been off SB and in the meantime finished medical residency and had a baby! So now i'm 10 pounds heavier, but worse than it is that I have no self control. I miss loading my plate with vegetables

Welcome back! Congratulations on everything. I think you are fully justified in doing P1 since you've been away for awhile.
