Carrie the scale is still moving in the right direction for you, so your hard work must have balanced off your off week last week. Here's to a great April! Now that Easter is over and done with I feel like I can clear out the cobwebs (and chocolate) and get on track!

Well.... the 132.8 was actually my weight from a week ago.
It does take some time, but it's doable...and very rewarding! Last year I just used a running schedule that I had gotten from team in training. I had started on that, but I bought Train Like a Mother and switched to the *Finish It 1/2* training plan. I want to do a marathon, but I can't wrap my head around the time commitment for that! I know a lot of people get their training runs in early morning , but I havne't been able to tlak myself in to that.
Carrie I'm so happy for you about your wedding ring!! What a great start to spring! I'll take diamonds and sapphires popping up out of the ground any day over crocuses! LOL
Carrie are there particular areas you want to work on for weights?

I've still got 5 months before the 1/2 so while I've got plenty of time to train it's a bit daunting to think about squeezing all those hours in on the weekends during the summer!

It's never easy when a holiday is in the 1st week of the month ; )
Good luck getting back on track.
