Weekend was pretty good! I had a solid run on saturday that I paced well and am very excited about how it went. I was tired afterwards but that is what happens! The run was outside as it was amazingly beautiful this weekend here!
Week ahead looks alright. no travel, just some tedious work stuff I need to do. should be a solid week of eating, working out and work!
Stretch goal is going to be to stretch and foam roll my IT and calves every night. I need to get rid of the knots. I really dont want to have to go to the massage... (if you have every had a sports massage you will know it is very painful and not very fun.. plus i pay out of pocket..)
Sonia - good job on the run! And glad you've found a way to keep the headache at bay - also make sure that you are well hydrated before you run (although that's tricky - who wants to pee mid-run?)
How was the weekend? Weekend was good - drove back from Calgary, had a nice easter dinner, and ran some errands.
How does your week ahead look? Week ahead is busy - my gram goes in for her rescheduled surgery on Thursday, and I have to catch up from holidays!
What's your stretch goal for this week's challenge? My stretch goal (maybe for the rest of the challenge) will be to stick to my training plan for a sprint triathlon in June! I got my first run/bike workout in on Monday - it will be a LOT of cardio training for me - so maybe that should be my NEW goal for this week too since it's been ages since I've done any cardio! LOL

<How was the weekend? Sat. I had a to get up early for an 11 mile run so I could get it over with before my family came up for an early Easter dinner.
