We do some type of pasta dish at least once a week in our house, so it's nice to get a few new ideas.

Hi Kellie!
Tonight I'm making a "frugal" dinner. I have some ratatouille (with veal in it) leftover and I'm planning to heat it up and scoop it over some wide noodles. Thanks for the recipes... ;O)

Great recipes. I've recently learned that pasta dishes can be updated by using quinoa or couscous instead of noodles. Both are affordable, very healthy, and easy to cook.
