What is your favorite present you have been given, what did you get it for and why was it your favorite? No idea as I tend to ask for things and get what I ask for.

What is your favorite present you have been given, what did you get it for and why was it your favorite? Probably my iphone that dh got me for my birthday 3 1/2 years ago--I never thought I would use it the way I do
What is the oddest present you have ever gotten?My grandmother has always given odd gifts--I'm not sure she ever got me something I liked or wanted- she was famous for getting clothes at the resale shop she volunteered for and remaking them by sewing men's underwear bands into them and then giving them to us!

That's a tough one, it's a tie between my Mustang that he gave me for my 55th birthday and the stuffed Dalmation my grandson gave me for Valentine's day a few years ago. Nothing like a stuffed toy that has a face with "attitude". lol

What is the oddest present you have ever gotten? Chocolate bunny ears (just the ears). My SIL gave DH and I each a pair this year for Easter.
When giving presents do you buy based on the person and really thinking about it or the price? I buy based on the person. If an item "talks" to me and says to take it home for someone I will buy it. That's why I have Christmas shopping about half done. lol

What is your favorite present you have been given, what did you get it for and why was it your favorite? my mom and stepdad gave me a clock for a mantle when I graduated college. I love it and it is something I'll use the rest of my life.
What is the oddest present you have ever gotten? hmmm, well, one year my stepsister (now deceased) gave me a small bowl and it was filthy with sticky stuff on the inside. It looked like she had used it and then didn't wash it and wrapped it.
Oh, and my mom gave me a funny thing once that holds a nail while you hammer it. We teased her about that, asking what was wrong with just holding it in your hand?!
