I don't think I've ever set a fitness goal I'd consider tough. I've pondered doing so like committing to a marathon or a more intense hike. Just haven't really gone for it yet.

Vanessa, it's so funny how so many of us started running on this board! I know that Couch to 5K app was a big part of getting a lot of us started!

I love the idea of having friends to run with and keep you accountable. And listening to your body is a big one!

Sonia I remember when you were first training for that bike ride - it seemed insurmountable, but then you just seemed to take off and were throwing in long runs, and races all over the place!
