Here is the menu for our Ball coming up on the 21st.

I don't think there are too many caps. I do think consistency is the key and you have that here. All upper, all lower...doesn't matter, just be consistent. What bugs me is when people type or text and they're too darn lazy to spell an entire word. "u" is NOT a word, "you" IS a word. It's only 2 darn more letters people! Anyway, sorry about that little rant. I do think you should cap "Baby" in Baby Spring Veggies, since it's part of the dish name.

Daisy, hold on to something. If eat it. It sounds good. I have seen menus with all caps. Looks odd but like Susan said, consistency is good.

I think it looks fine. I would capitalize Baby because it's part of the name of the dish. Sounds good. I would eat it.

Okay, if it looks good to y'all I'll go ahead and do it that way. And guess what??? I MADE A TYPO!!!! LOL Baby IS capitalized on the card but I must have missed hitting the SHIFT key when I typed it. So... that's what I get for being so picky, I guess.... LOL

Forgot to tell you Gaye... you're more than welcome to show up.... LOL

The cheapest tickets are only $200 each! But, you do get $75 in a charitable tax deduction...

Can't wait to see what Tracy and all our other picky eaters say about the menu content.... i think it looks pretty good!! Nick and Amber are both working too... Nick is really excited for the meal... he'll get his own PLUS most of Amber's... she's not real hip on gourmet food.

Sandy, for our entree choices, we only have 2 (REGULAR & VEGETARIAN) For the regular entree we usually do a nice cut of beef along with some type of seafood.. this year you get both the tenderloin and a grilled lobster tail.... OR.... you can choose from the vegetarian option. I am glad they are going with the lobster tail this year... it's been a while since they did. I love lobster WAY more than those other fishy fish tasting fishes they've served the last few years. lol I think this year I just might ask for a doggy bag since I will probably be too busy to eat much.
