You may want to check with the IT department at your company and find out how emails are prioritized, and if they have any issues with the email "carriers" you use.
I once sent a message using remote log-on from my company email to a colleage and it took 24 hours to arrive!
Hi, I actually work in IT, and if you are using a non-company email system, then there really is no way, other than contacting your company's IT department to find out whether the emails were received.
Is there a way you can opt to get a read receipt sent to you when you email your bosses?
