Monday I got a play date with a dear friend who I rarely get to see and picked up a couple fabulous pendants (one red jasper and one red- orange carnelian).
Tuesday was rough...my boss was cranky which means I got the brunt of it. Nothing horrible but it was one if those days that make you wonder if you can do anything right. She got over it and apologized with a big hug though.
Today we had a class for therapists who missed our spring launch training a couple weeks ago. It went well...i was expecting to teach it but my director did most of it. It was fine with me because when I woke up this morning I could barely speak. :( my allergies have been brutal the last few days and it's all related to that.
We also interviewed a nice gentleman who just blew us away. :) Great hands on too...he just graduated massage school though and doesn't have his license in hand yet so we have to wait to hire him. I haven't been so impressed with someone for awhile so it was refreshing to meet him.
Tomorrow...well who knows what that will hold! Meeting with my director first thing in the morning and I'll go from there.
Hoping to sleep well tonight...my body needs it!

I was a tad miffed as I play Mah Jong with a group of friends on Wednesdays, and today we had people from another group coming to join us and I was really looking forward to it! OH well, it means more money in the next pay cheque which is all to the good - especially since I have to work tomorrow too to cover for my co-worker who is still sick.

I hated those days when the boss was cranky. Now I'm the boss. One of my clients though can be crabby, but if she is I just don't answer the phone or email!
I wasn't really looking for anything in particular...those pieces just stood out to me and after wandering the store a bit more, I kept going back to them. They are a much needed little treat for myself. :)

It's been a quiet week for us, not much news to report at all, but we did have a wedding anniversary on Wednesday, 31 years, we are going out tomorrow night to celebrate.
