What a cool idea! So many pins and brooches are flower or leaf shaped that you could easily put together a bouquet! You could even ask friends and relatives to loan a piece for the ceremony....chances are they would give it to you so you could keep the bouquet intact! Very creative!
My grandson got a huge kick out of selling my homemade and remade jewelry at the Cancer Run this weekend.....he got to deal with all the pretty girls! Bad weather kicked the top off of the cool bag sales but there are always other events she can sell them at.
I'm donating some pieces to the ATC convention in Portland, Ore. this June as door prizes and taking some flat earrings that I have removed the backs from to share with others as ornament for collages or other designs. I'm getting a ton of mileage out of all that work!!!
LOL at your grandson - maybe he'll grow up to be a jeweler!
So far, all he has demonstrated was that he's an outrageous flirt! He loved the attention and grinned a lot and sold lots of jewelry, too!
