When I was named(as the family story goes) my father made sure that there was no rhyme to my name as he had been teased as a child for his name( a locally popular milk drink rhymed).
I was thinking the same as PP about the name Malcom. I like that! I also think it goes nicely with Paul. Next choice would be Henry, even though it is NMS it is a handsome boys name. Not really fond of Stuart at all, not sure why.
How about:
Conor
Brian
Colin
Craig
Darren
Derek

I would go for Malcom,

I do have a tartan,
I like Henry best from your list, but I really prefer Malcolm.
~April, Mom to son Jory, 23 and boy/girl twins, Alex and Haley, 11
Henry is my hands down favorite, and is also on my list.
Also a few English names that go along with Eleanor (which is beautiful, by the way) and that have some history....
George
Benedict
Walter
Arthur (I know you said no A names, but I can't help but suggest this)
Stephen
Clarence
Thanks, everyone.
