Good Morning....

MUST lose the snacking....Gosh I am so bad at leaving the goodies alone....sigh

Carol...I agree....the inactivity needs to go too!!

Today finish laundry, maybe steam mop my kitchen....would like to spend some time with my folks....Then bowling tonight...last bowling...and banquet next Tuesday...

Josie....(((HUGS)))) I know this is not something you wanted...but you are growing and getting stronger...I can see it in your posts.... I know it is a process....two steps forward and one back....Each hurdle is a milestone....and you are doing!!!

Thanks Carol, strange how when that second parent dies, you feel like an orphan somehow, did you experience that? I always predicted losing my hubby would be my worst nightmare, and it was/is. But taking baby steps and trying to find my way somehow. Loving people like you help make the journey better. bummer on no cake, but I guess it will make the scale news better. love, Josie

Thanks Ruth. This 2 night bus trip next week will be my first real vacation without my man. Beth and I get along very well, although have never spent that much time together. I found a kennel that everyone loves so Rudi should be fine too. I looked at the bus itinerary and actually got excited and looked further online, so that is a positive sign too. enjoy your last night bowling this season, love, Josie
