Dick Clark passed away today at age 82 from a massive heart attack. Condolences to his family. New Year's Eve won't be the same....

Amen. Do you ladies remember the TV series Dark Shadows? The gentleman who played Barbabus Collins Jonthan Frid, he passed away on the 13th. I would watch Bandstand on Satursday's & rush home from school Monday thru Fridays for Dark Shadows. I feel like my childhood is dying on me

Yes I read that. BTW the series, Dark Shadows, came out on DVD recently.

I loved Dark Shadows. Yes, I had heard about his passing. I read a very nice blog by David Selby (Quentin Collins) about filming their cameos for the upcoming movie. About all the memories they shared. I have the first DVD set but it's really expensive, so I'm waiting for the price to come down!
