Maybe the intent here is for people to suggest positive alternatives to thinking about an xAP? If so, I've found the following are working in my life as positives/getting through my xA:
my close ("in the loop") friends
my loving (not in the loop) family
my loving dogs
my gym classes
my gym friends (one of whom is also in the loop)
reading uplifting books
spending a few minutes on this site every day, sharing my story and discovering that I am not alone!
