How many pumps

Hi,
I am the mom of 8 week old twins..I have just began to ep b/c one twin has reflux, which makes her impossible to nurse...so now both are getting the bottle..my questions are these: after 12 weeks, how many pumps per day should I have on a month to month basis, how often do I drop a pump, and what is the max number of pumps per day I should aim for for the rest of my ep'ing time? I know every woman is different but I would love some guidelines...I see that some women only pump four to five times a day, so I was wondering how they got there and is that enough pumps, especially with twins? Thank you so much!! Sorry to ask so many questions!
My LO turns 5 months tomorrow and for the last month and a half I've been pumping 3x a day at 6 am, 2 or 3 pm, and 10pm. The first few weeks I pumped every 3 hours, then every 4 and by about 1 month PP I was pumping 5x a day, then by 2 months I was doing 4x a day and held that till 3 1/2 months. I used to get 40-45oz a day at 4x a day, but since going to 3 I usually only get 33-36oz a day, which is much better for me.
I didn't follow any of the silly guidelines about not dropping pumps before 6 or 12 weeks or whatever. I was going crazy pumping that much, so I decided to drop a pump. Everytime I have dropped a pump it has made EPing that much easier. I can't tell you how easy it is to only do 3, 10 to 15 minute pumping sessions a day and have more than enough milk for my LO.
