I saw this on Pintrest and thought I would share with all you smootie lovers.

drink this daily and watch the pounds come off without fuss. The recipe is two handfuls of baby spinach, 1 apple, 1 banana, 1 cup of yogurt, 5 strawberries, 1/2 orange. Blend well and enjoy! I love green smoothies!!! This will give you tons of energy!

Nope, can't do the green. One of my friends in the building I work in drinks one every morning. I am always telling her it looks terrible.
That said, I tried the spinach trick this morning. You couldn't see it at all. I used triple berry medley though, with black and blueberries so it was already dark.
Nope, I couldn't taste it at all. Yesterday I remembered that I do have grape juice in the house. DS loves it so we always have a big jug of it. I used it instead of milk. Yum! I had fresh strawberries and kiwi to add in there too, but I am out of strawberries today. I told DD that the green flecks were kiwi. She didn't pursue even though kiwi is totally a different shade of green.
Ok smoothie drinkers. next question for you. Do you drink them as a snack or as a meal?

You can add some milk too Guss and it should be ok. Maybe not as thick unless you had a banana.
Guss, I don't think the yogurt is necessary, but it does thicken it up some.
