There's bad pain when you step on your foot first thing in the morning. I wore a night splint that kept my heel stretched. Also did exercises and wore, and still do, orthotics in my shoes. Got a couple of cortisone shots that numbed the pain but didn't really help heal the problem.
Try out some pain killer buddy!! It will help you out for sure.
