Have you ever been transported in an ambulance?

Have you ever been transported by Care Flight (Medical Helicopter)?

What was the circumstance of the emergency?

I haven't for me...

But, when Natalie aspirated on lamp oil some 8ish years ago, we rode in the PICU ambulance from the local hospital to Children's.  It was a colored oil and she thought it was juice.  She was 2 at the time.  We all freaked out when we saw her and then she freaked and aspirated it into her lungs.

Last summer there was an accident down the road from our house and they dispatched Care Flight.  I was just getting home from work with the girls and they landed across the road from our house.  We were still waiting to get into our driveway when they took off.  They were maybe 100 yards away.  It was an interesting experience to be that close.

Well as a passanger or a patient?

I been twice as a passanger  and  twice as patient and it was gallstones and a twisted spine.

That's true, Renee!

No, thankfully, I have never been transported by ambulance nor helicopter!
