I met with a lactation consultant today and she said she thinks my supply isn't coming in due to lack of tissue... I got goats rue and will do that with everythingnelse I have already been doing--lactation cookies, fenugreek, mothers tea-- Has anyone used goats rue? If so how long till you saw results? Thanks!!!

I think it's more common to use herbal supplements and compressions, warm compress etc.  How is it working for you?  I know there are other Moms out there that have used it with some success!
