The Firsts... and the Lasts...

Oh Wenz- I love this- and it is so true! I have e book similar to this called "Let me Hold You Longer" by Karen Kingsbury. It makes me cry EVERY time I read it to the kids! LOL!
Having gone through so many lasts already it hits me hard.
When Aidan cut his knee at baseball a few weeks ago and came to me quietly to show me-MOM- and wanted me to help help get a band aid-let me clean it up for him, I was thrilled. I know that at 9- this might be the last time he would do that. I hope not though!
It's the big things and the little things that mean so much.
