Dreft?

We actually started out using the costsco brand free and clear and haven't had reactions. We used it before JB was born since my dh doesn't like anything with fragrance (including deodorant). We also have powdered All free and clear that I've been using (I don't like powder as much, too sudsy for me). We do use a different detergent on the cloth diapers but it's less than a tablespoon a load and it's so they don't build up residue and repel or stink.

Uh, I must be the only one not using anything special!  We use Tide.  None of my kids have ever had reactions to detergent.

 

I bought a giant bottle of Dreft and will only use it until it is gone. I also got All Free and Clear for the rest of the laundry and have occasionaly used it ont he kids clothes only because it seems to take the smell out better. I haven't had any issues with stains but with the amount Marissa spits up and also pees through her diaper most nights, I find that i have to use a lot of Dreft to clear the smell while the All requires less.
If your little one hasn't shown any issues with being near your clothes or bedding then he should be fine with your detergent. But you can also throw one of his shirts in your laundry just to try it out.
