Okay, I am going to stick to a meal plan. We are slowly getting into a groove and I have no excuse -except laziness-- for not meal planning. Anyone care to join me?

Sun-baked beef stew, whole wheat rolls
Mon-shrimp pad thai (new recipe)
Tues-rotini w/ grilled Italian sausage coins, marinara, and spinich salad
Wednesday-grilled chicken breast, fresh spinich, blueberries, pineapple, and strawberry salads w/ poppyseed dressing,
Thursday-pumpkin pancakes, sausage, some type of fresh fruit
Friday-grilled cheese, tomato soup, canteloupe
Sat-taco bake
Breakfasts
x1 apple or blueberry muffins (need to bake today) w/ fresh apples or blueberries and milk
x2 english muffins w/ jelly, kiwi or banana
x1 toast, plain yogurt w/ thawed frozen blackberries
x1 english muffin, scrambled eggsand ham, fresh pineapple
x1 oatmeal w/ raisins, milk
x1 cereal, plain yogurt w/ blueberries
Lunches
x2 roast beef or salami sandwiches, pretzels, apples w/ caramel dip, carrot sticks (quinoa salad for me those days)
leftover pizza
leftover beef stew

chicken nuggets, baked french fries, some fruit, and carrot sticks
Sunday was chicken and whatever sides for the girls
Monday pork roast sauerkraut homemade applesauce and frozen bread dough turned into homemade bread with birthday cake for dessert ( celebrating 3 birthdays in one day )
Tuesday leftovers or something quick
Wednesday crockpot meal
rest of the week is undecided at this time
