This came in my email so you all probbably got it.

http://www.ivillage.com/15-foods-fight-chronic-pain/4-b-489500?nlcid=P1|09-29-2012|

It was enlightening - many of the foods they mention are also on the list of "superfoods" for health.

I really loved to find out that my favorite spices - except for two, are on the list.  Cookies, here we come!!  Um, hm, how about oatmeal??

Or a sf pumpkin pie - it would be almost 100% healthy w/o the crust.

Can't wait for Thanksgiving, thinking about punkin pie!!

Check it out - even more reasons to eat healthy.  I'll see how they affect me -l MIGHT get me back to veggies better.

Anyway it's worth a read, plus the next series about chronic pain ..

Hope you all are doing great.

Thanks for the link, hadn't seen that one before. I already knew about all of them except for prunes. I clicked on three of the recipes and they were way not healthy. They could be tweaked though.

Hi Donna,

I looked at the recipes but not very much.  I was just looking for the basic info, not recipes.  So it's good to know I didn't miss anything!
