Wednesday: Still too much sugar.  I can tell AF is near by because I feel like eating chocolate. 

Breakfast: Cold cereal, rice cake w/ PB, melon.

Lunch: Mac N' Cheese, one cookie.

Dinner: HM beef stew.

Snacks: Sm milk shake, candy bar:smileysad:

The good news is I haven't been snacking at night and the scales are holding steady at 127.

Forgot my Wednesday ~

s .. small bowl of soup
l .. 1/2 tuna sandwich with some chips
s .. few black olives
d .. cheesey bbq casserole with salad

B) IHop...egg substitute, turkey bacon, whole wheat pancakes, sugar free syrup. Sucked!! I hope I never have to eat at IHop ever again!! Village Inn low cal breakfasts are MUCH better!!

L) 2 hard boiled eggs

D) HM veggie soup with some legumes

Snack) orange, sugar free pudding

Hungry tonight as I'm fasting to get blood tests done tomorrow morning. It's good to have that hungry feeling again for going to bed though. Looking forward to seeing the scale in the morning too. Had my family doc appointment this afternoon and he was pleased at how much weight I've lost and interested in how I did it. My BP is still excellent and he did not disagree on my going off of my BP medication and my cholesterol medication judging by how good my former blood tests were. Looking forward to seeing how I do this time with the blood work too.

Bummer on the breakfast & how it tasted Donna,
YaY on such good bp & your cholestrol numbers & no meds now, that's awesome!
That is huge!
Still some good foods there for you <g>

s .. tuna with 4 crackers
d .. lo cheesy bbq casserole

Others menus are good too.

Thursday....

B) None, had to go give blood after fasting all night and then ran errands

L) sliced hard boiled eggs whole wheat sandwich with olive oil mayo

D) Restaurant...chicken schwarma and home made cole slaw

Snack) peanut butter, jello brand sf pudding cup

We're heading to Branson, MO tomorrow morning for a week.
I'm taking my bathroom scale with me and will be counting calories as best as I can.
With all the walking we'll be doing, shouldn't be too bad with weight.
I'll be keeping a close eye on it though!

Thanks Hugs. I'm one of those who think it's better to eat calories early in the day. Night time snacking has never gone well for me.
