Which spices do you like to use on your food?Which spices do you not like?
Wish I could remember to use more of these more often!! I know about them, just don't always think of them!
I use cinnamon in tea or coffee.I add garlic to most meals.I eat cayenne sometimes, but more often in dh's foods as he really loves it more than I do.I made a list to put on my kitchen counter as a reminder with ground ginger, turmeric, cardamom, sage, nutmeg and paprika on it. Just have to remember to use them now!!
I like most spices, and I use cinnamon as often as I can, for it's blood sugar regulating qualities (didn't know about energy) and ginger tea is my go to remedy for an upset stomach or cold. I also use garlic in a lot of things. I'm not a big fan of cayenne, though, but if it helps me lose weight, I'll try to use it more often.
I like the ideas they give. I'm going to give some of those recipes a try.
