Favorite costume . . . a couple years ago my husband and I were zombies. A guy at the costume shop showed us how to do our makeup w/ those fake scabs and blood . . . turned out great! We looked creepy as h*ll!

Happy October, everyone! My name is MJ and I'm from the midwest where we are currently enjoying the colors of Fall. Most people in the midwest agree that Fall is their favorite time of year.
Not much going on this month, although dh and I are taking the 15th - 19th off to just not work. We have no vacation plans...will just enjoy not having to awaken to an alarm clock and face the daily grind. I'm sure we'll find SOME trouble to get into! haha
Dh's young cousin is getting married on the 27th, so we'll be going to that along with the rest of his family. I envy dh having family in the state. Mine are spread from coast-to-coast...none here.
I've only ever gone to one Halloween party as an adult and went as a vampiress...nothing original like Rosie. That was a great idea! lol
