How did everyone do in September? I managed $3.81!

Who's in for October?

One aide collected $32.26, the other $10.35, and I only got $4.76.

I don't have anyone else, no... My DD is always up for counting whatever's in her piggy bank though!

Apparently there is at least one hotel that still does that. I was watching Dirty Jobs (I think that's what it's called) the other day and that's what he was doing! Quite the process too!

It only takes an old gal like me to come up with amazing 'factoids' as my brother calls them.

Have you enlisted anyone else to take part in our change challange? I've asked the two aides if they would like to take part, and they are going to try it. I'll be posting their results for them.

That's why I moved it to my dresser; less chance of disaster.

I didn't know that about hotels, interesting piece of history.  The things we learn!

Oh boy, one of those down on your knees sort of things. I do have several of those reacher things that have small magnets on the end, but I would still have to 'stand on my head' to see. I get verrrrry dizzzzzy.

Oh no! That couldn't have been fun to clean up.

I kept mine in a coffee cup on the kitchen counter.  When it's full there's no real problem but at the beginning when it's light, I've almost tossed my change in the sink a couple times.  I moved it to my dresser last month, lol

I was saving my change in a plastic bowl on the nightstand and this morning my husband went to take some and knocked it all over behind the nightstand.

Alright!!

I'm off to the credit union today.  Going to deposit the 3 months worth of change I have.  It's about $15.  I figure quarterly deposits will work well.
