Gabe has foiled the baby gate so I've resorted to locking myself in my bedroom so he can't get to me. I'm pretty sure he's passed out in front of my bedroom door again for the second night in a row. LOL

Haha - so I went to look for Gabe last night and he was in bed with Addison! LOL

Up early today to work on a writing project. It is due today and I'm nowhere near done! The client has been riding us for it for weeks but we had other deadlines. We don't need to use it for another month...I wish they weren't being such a PITA about it.

Kids swim lessons were canceled today. I'm secretly happy for the break...although they didn't go last week either because we went out to the desert. Gabe clearly needs the lessons right now though...he refused to even try swimming on his own in FIL's pool. He either sat on the steps or clung to an adult. He was doing so well at lessons, too...he swam across the pool - probably about 5-6 feet unassisted!

Haha! What did Addison think about that? I couldn't get A to go to bed on the first try until kindy. So still a couple more years for G I guess.

Good for him! Do you think pt/bed/swum are all related. Since they all involve a parent? And he does fine at swim all by himself?

I don't think so - his potty issues are even worse at school than they are at home! We were wondering if the swim issues were that FIL's pool is bigger and maybe he was a little intimidated.

I think our main bedtime issue now could be that he is on the verge of dropping naps. I think if we put a stop to naps he might be easier to put down at night. It's a bit of an effort for him to get past the gate and I don't think he would bother if he was tired. Maaaaybeee...these toddlers are pretty tricky to figure out. LOL

She was sound asleep! LOL

A was usually pretty easy to put down at night but then she climbed in bed with us in the middle of the night.

Ugh - so Addison's turn to be sick. G is staying home with her today. She woke up crying that her ears hurt. I'm going to bring Gabe to daycare.

DH tool A to the dr since she woke up in the middle of the night crying that her throat hurt. No strep. Just rest and Tylenol for her. I may try to get tickets to how to train your dragon or beauty and the beast. Both are in town this weekend.
