dyk, yes, the faster you are the earlier you start

dyk, for races that are pre-seeded, your bib will have your corral number/letter. I've only had this happen at the Disney and Rock 'n Roll races, but ibimagjne that any large race will have it.

dyk, for self-seeding, the corral signs will have the pace per mile and/or the estimated finish time

dyk, I would guess that a 15 minute mile would have you in one of the last corrals
Past Races:
-Boston Run to Remember Half Marathon, 5/29/11 (2:35:11, no training!)
-Corporate Run, 3.5 miles 6/2/11 (36:38, 4 days after running the half!)
-BAA 10k, 6/26/11 (1:04:52, wanted to be under an hour...)

dyk, I'm not sure how slow I walk when I walk during races, but I do know it's less than 4.0 (which is a 15 minute mile) - when I walk on the treadmill it's at a 4.0 so I know what that feels like

dyk, when I'm walking around normally, I walk faster than a 4.0 - my 'normal' walking pace is actually pretty fast

dyk, I actually ran almost the whole 10k

dyk, it was slow going, and I took extended walking breaks through the water stops, but I managed it pretty well

dyk, it was, dare I say it, easy. I really didn't feel like I went 6.2 miles. I felt good throughout the whole race, although the last mile was rough, but it always is

dyk, my time wasn't my best 10k time, may have been my worst, but I felt the best after this race!

dyk, the trainer didn't run this one, but I ran it with a few people from my old job and one of my old gyms

dyk, I finished in 1:09 and change - and I'm pleased with my time. I haven't been pleased with my time since March when I PR'd with 2:16:26

dyk, I went back on the course after finishing and ran/walked (mostly walked) back with one of the girls that used to work for me. Originally I was going to stay with her, but my legs felt good and she told me to go ahead - she finished her first 10k in 1:35 and change

dyk, now sitting on the train, the back of my legs are starting to hurt

dyk, and my feet hurt

dyk, I see some foam rolling in my future

dyk, in Australia do you pay your electric bill by quarter instead of monthly?

dyk, $400 for a quarter doesn't seem SO bad

dyk, except that paying it all at once instead if over 3 months must hurt

dyk, we are almost to New York

dyk, we are taking a cab...someone bought two 12 packs of orange vanilla seltzer and her feet still hurt

dyk, it's worth it so that we don't have to wait for the subway & walk up those stairs...hopefully the holiday traffic won't be to bad

DYK we have one of those for Focalin our ped gave us that is good for a year. It's been a great help...it brought his meds down from $80 copay to $60 copay.

DYK and at the one year point we ended up upping his RX 5mg and so they didn't give my any issues about using a new 1-yr discount card.
