dyk, 4 miles in 42:58

dyk, slower than I've been doing, but per the trainer I was NOT to run above a 5.5 until I get my stamina back

dyk, I listened for most of my run, but spent sine time at 6.5
Past Races:
-Boston Run to Remember Half Marathon, 5/29/11 (2:35:11, no training!)
-Corporate Run, 3.5 miles 6/2/11 (36:38, 4 days after running the half!)
-BAA 10k, 6/26/11 (1:04:52, wanted to be under an hour...)
-Tavern to Tavern

Dyk wow Jennie, that sucks.

Dyk I think I'd have an easier time dealing with a manic child, rather than an adult.

dyk it really went so quickly. The invisalign was not a pain to take out. It did make me snack less throughout the day but I would pop them out at meal time - brush my teeth and put them back in. If I was meeting friends for lunch or going out to dinner I simply left them at home. A few hours wasn't a big deal.

dyk the part that bothers me most is my retainer. After invisalign you get to wear retainers at night for the rest of your life. It's basically your last pair of invisaligns that get used as your retainer.
dyk I use them about every other night and I've been stable for over a year.

dyk I'm really glad I went through the process. It went very quickly. Probably about 9 months and I'm thrilled with the results. I was very self-conscious about my teeth.
