10 week MW appt,U/S,spotting,cramping

Hi ladies! I had my 10 weeks appt with my MW today. They did the normal pee in the cup, weighed me and Ive lost 3 lbs since my last appt 2 weeks ago and my BP was perfect at 124/68 and gave me the order for all the normal blood work. I had been having really bad cramps and spotting for 3 days and so the MW decided to do a pelvic exam and physical. She seen that I was bleeding from my cervix so she tried to hear the heartbeat with the doppler and she couldnt find it so she sent me down to get and U/S and right away we seen him wiggling all over the place and his heart flickering away! His heartbeat was 174 and he's measuring a week ahead of date! So we were so relieved! I go back in 4 weeks and so begins this wonderful journey... again... ;-p lol  Here is a pic of our gummy bear....
