Good morning ladies,

Midweek.  Yikes!

B - 1 yogurt from home, maple oatmeal from Tim Hortons, coffee = 8 points

L - peanut butter sandwich on ww bread, carrots, grapes = 7 points

Snack:  cheddar cheese, melba toast, banana and yogurt = 9 points

S - hot dog on ww roll, celery, orange and low fat fudge bar = 15 points

Total planned points for today = 39 with 5 points left over

Hope you all have a great day!  Mine is going to be long as last night was pretty much sleepless :smileysad:  Maybe I can get a nap after work - we'll have to see.

Okay, well I didn't get home to make my peanutbutter sandwhich.  I had taken the grapes and carrots with me to work.  Good thing!  So, lunch ended up to be 0 points b/c the carrots and grapes are both zero :-)  I did enjoy my afternoon snack tho.  So my total points for today end up being 31 if I don't have an evening snack.  I do have 13 points left today if I decide I need a snack tonight.  It will all depend on what time we get to eat supper.

My internet at home was bad yesterday - so I never did track WW since I left work on Tuesday.   From what I remember, yesterday:

Breakfast:  Nothing

Lunch:  i went to Hobby Lobby, stopped at Taco Bell on the way home & got Nachos Bell Grande (not a great choice - 20 points)

Dinner:  Shrimp w/light ranch dressing (6 points)

Snack:  Handful of shelled peanuts (9 points)

So I went over by one point - to the best of my memory.

I think you did okay Deb. It is challenging when you aren't feeling terrific, you don't have use of your kitchen and you are having to eat out.
