I would have to say that flaxseed is my best friend., with calcium a close second. I don't drink milk but i do eat yogurt, cheese and know lots of non-animal sources of calcium because I occasionally veg out. Deep breathing works when I'm not doing a good job of the first two. As for exercise, if I'm not doing the flaxseed and calcium, I can get hot flashes while doing exercise. Now you know how I know deep breathing can make a difference.
