Ugh. So depressing.  I have a few pants that fit, but I am still carrying a sizable flabby belly with lots of extra skin, stretch marks, and it still is a slight "bump" as if I were pregnant.  I haven't had time to exercise, and they say you shouldn't diet with BF.  However I have not been good about avoiding things like chips and donuts.  I need to find some motivaiton somewhere.  What are you doing to try to get fit? Are you back to your pre-pregnancy body?

I am back to my prepregnancy weight but that isn't exactly a good thing as I gained a lot of weight in the time before getting pregnant.  After two pregnancies in a row it seems like all the extra weight is in my belly so I feel your pain on having a "bump".  I am always expecting someone to ask me when I am due if I go out without my children :smileyembarrassed:.  I guess it is a good thing that it is rare for me to get that sort of opportunity.

I have been trying to eat better but it hasn't been easy.  Things have been pretty stressful - two little ones and building a house plus DH is working and taking a class - so there have been too many times when I just want some comfort food (mac and cheese or ice cream).  I'm trying to not be too hard on myself; I haven't gained any weight so I consider that a plus.  I'm mostly hoping that once Marissa is older and into a more dependable routine I can fit some exercise into my day.  Right now, I would love to do some yoga while the kids nap but it becomes more stressful if they wake up in the middle of it and that defeats the entire purpose.
