Good morning,

Well, yes I'm tnankful b/c it is almost the weekend :smileyhappy:

Today I have a plan of what I'm eating, just have not had time to get the points sorted out.  So, I'll have to edit as I go through my day today.

Breakfast:  Honey Nut Chex Cereal with 1% milk, watermelon = 4 points

I hope you all have an awesome day!


Lunch:  1 weight watchers english muffin, egg whites, cheddar cheese, and crisp turkey bacon = 9 points

Afternoon Snack:  celery sticks, orange and yogurtroasted  = 1 point

Supper:  roast beef, roasted potatoes and carrots, gravy = 14 points

Evening snack:  chapmans low fat fudge bar = 3 points

Total planned points for today = 31
