Family history, struggled to get pregnant...

I will be 30 years old in January. I am not married or looking to have kids within the next two years. Maybe three. I'm not on birth control (no reason to be) although I have used it off and on when I have needed to.
My mom tried for five years to get pregnant with me, from age 19-24. She had me, then got pregnant with my sister right away. My sister tried for five years to get pregnant, from age 22-27. She had my nephew, then got pregnant with my niece right away. Both were not ovulating and I think both were a little too skinny to get pregnant. Both ended up getting pregnant naturally without Clomid or any other type of medication or IVF.
I'm worried about me. I realize that as I get older, my chances of conceiving start to decline. I'm in good health and not too skinny. I'm bigger than both of them were at the ages they were trying to get pregnant. I have very regular periods and am not using birth control. Is there any way to check if I do in fact ovulate? Is there a way to test my fertility without going to a specialist? I just want to be prepared when the time comes.
Thank you for any help or suggestions. I really appreciate it
