I know weight loss has been a goal for several of our members so I thought I would try and restart the buddy group for it so we can maybe have some exercise and eating accountability.

Favorite exercise/physical activity: I'm a big boot camp/ weight lifting person.  I occasionally run but not a huge fan of it.

Is there ever a time you can go outside and walk? Maybe try some DVDs or programs on demand at home?
